Cluster Managers work with a company's biggest customers to build long\-term, strategic partnerships. This role requires a range of skills from closing sales and nurturing relationships to strategic planning and cross\-functional leadership.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Cluster Manager Job Duties:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Responsible for driving business category like Mobile in the respective city\/District<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Build brand and drive sales via offline channels<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Build a strong relationship with the local distributors, retailers and local regulatory bodies<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Drive sales in the city with local distributors and key retailers in the city\/District<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Develop a keen understanding of products & how they can fulfill the local consumer needs<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Execute local marketing and brand building strategies <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Monitor local end\-to\-end operations to ensure maximum sales and efficiency<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Competition mapping, keeping a close eye on competition activity in the assigned city\/district<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
<\/p>

Desired Candidate Profile:<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Deep expertise in sales, distribution and retail operations in that territory<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Must have a Master's degree in Business \- good to have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Prior team leading experience. Should be able to manage large teams \- good to have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Strong analytical and problem\-solving approach<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Should be OK with traveling 4\-5 days a week \- must have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • Past mobile handset sales experience - Good to have<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
