Role Description :- We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Intern to assist in sourcing and purchasing products in bulk from manufacturing companies for corporate gifting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in procurement and vendor management to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Connect with manufacturing companies to source products for corporate gifting, including items for festivals, employee rewards, and events.

2.Negotiate pricing and terms for bulk purchases, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

3.Maintain and update records of orders, suppliers, and deliveries.

4.Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and resolve any order-related issues.

5.Assist in inventory management of gifting items and help with quality checks.

Qualifications:

1.Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

2.Strong communication and negotiation skills.

3.Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.

4.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace.

5.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

1.Experience in procurement or vendor management (even if academic or project-based) is a plus.

2.Familiarity with the manufacturing industry is a bonus.
