Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles.
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels.
Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Managing job postings and ensuring timely closures.
Handling customer queries and providing excellent support.
Maintaining recruitment databases and reports.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.
Strong customer-handling experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using job portals,social media,and other sourcing tools.
