Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with 2 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles.

• Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels.

• Conducting initial interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates.

• Managing job postings and ensuring timely closures.

• Handling customer queries and providing excellent support.

• Maintaining recruitment databases and reports.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

• Strong customer-handling experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in using job portals,social media,and other sourcing tools.
