This is a non-technical, business-focused role ideal for smart, driven graduates

with a keen interest in strategy, outreach, and business growth. Successful

candidates will work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in

supporting the company's growth and partnership efforts.

Compensation & Employment Conditions

Training Period: 3 months

During Training: Upto 20,000 per month.

Post-Training Compensation: Based on performance, successful candidates

will be offered a CTC ranging from 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA

Key Responsibilities

Conduct strategic research on companies and key decision-makers using

tools like LinkedIn and AI-driven platforms.

Initiate professional outreach via email, WhatsApp, and phone to schedule

meetings with potential clients and partners.

Collaborate closely with the Growth Leadership team to execute business

development initiatives.
