About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Ocean & Air Import/Export vertical. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in international freight forwarding, a proven sales track record, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and business development for ocean and air import/export services.
Identify and acquire new clients while nurturing existing accounts.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure service excellence.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry regulations.
Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to senior management.

Requirements:
5-10 years of experience in sales within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Strong knowledge of ocean and air import/export operations.
Established network of clients and industry contacts.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
