Business Unit Head -India
· As a role of a Hunter you are required to go for new business for RAPS
· Identify clients who are willing to do business with RAPS, connect with them, build relation to get the MSAs signed
· Work with the client team(s) to get qualified requirements for RAPS team to work on
· If and when provided by RAPS. manage Existing Accounts/clients – infiltrating in to accounts and asking for more business
· Take complete charge of the India Business
· Ensure achievement of Targets on a month-to-month basis
· Hire, Train, Mentor, Manage the entire Delivery Team
· Ensure proper procedures and processes are followed
· Be process dependent than people dependent
· Ensure Target oriented delivery for teams, individuals
· Ensure proper team size to manage existing and new business
