Workday Analyst HRIS (Functional)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Workday Functional Analyst / Workday Consultant (2 - 8 years' relevant experience) to support and enhance our in-house Workday HCM application. The role involves managing day-to-day production support activities, resolving tickets, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end production support for Workday HCM modules.
• Handle and resolve day-to-day support tickets, incidents, and service requests within SLA timelines.
• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Support business users with functional queries and system navigation.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with HR processes.
• Design and deliver custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting tools
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and analyze HR data to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, IT, vendors) for issue resolution and enhancements.
• Perform configuration changes, testing, and deployments as required.
• Document processes, solutions, and knowledge articles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-8 years of relevant Workday functional support experience
• Strong functional knowledge of Workday HCM.
• Experience in production support and ticket management.
• Exposure to modules such as Core HCM, Business Process Framework, Absence, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll etc.
• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, support-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Workday HCM certification (nice to have).
• Experience handling incident management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
