- Has worked on production web sites before
Software developers with 6/7 years of experience in HTML/CSS/JavaScript with specialty in any one of the frontend libraries.Please make sure that the candidates are from product companies and also from good colleges.
One of these guys is still doing his MCA. Salary is not a constraint for a good developer.
