Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate (Regular); MBA in Marketing & Sales preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 6+ years in Logistics & Supply Chain Sales, Operations, and Key Account Management.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Identify key business opportunities in EXIM segment.
- Develop new customers for EXIM business.
- Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Achieve revenue & volume targets and optimize sales efforts.
- Maintain long-term customer relationships to generate additional revenue.
- Expand targeted customer base and industry reach.
- Ensure timely submission of technically and commercially viable proposals/quotations.
- Strong Stakeholder Management with multitasking skill.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Stakeholders to drive organizational growth and product development.
- Build strong relationships through regular visits and prompt responses to customer and shipping line queries.
- Contribute to corporate sales planning and strategy development.
- Conduct market intelligence and research to map business potential and identify new customers.
People Management:
- Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to team members.
