Job Title: Senior Developer - HFM (.NET / Python / SQL)

Experience: 7+ Years
Location: Gurgaon, Bangalore
Shift: 12 PM - 9 PM IST (Rotational, if required)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Developer with strong expertise in HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) and hands-on experience in .NET, Python, and SQL. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing financial applications, along with supporting implementation and integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain HFM-based financial applications and solutions
• Work on HFM implementation, customization, and enhancements
• Develop backend components using .NET and Python
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, procedures, and data integrations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to gather requirements
• Build and support data integrations between HFM and other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks
• Ensure code quality through best practices, code reviews, and documentation
• Participate in deployment, release management, and environment setup
• Support financial consolidation and reporting processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development / enterprise application development
• Strong hands-on experience with HFM (Hyperion Financial Management)
• Proficiency in .NET (C# / ASP.NET) and Python
• Strong experience in SQL (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning)
• Experience with system integration and data workflows
• Understanding of financial systems and reporting processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management

Good to Have

• Experience with Oracle Hyperion suite
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Knowledge of ETL tools / data pipelines
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
