Market Expansion & Pipeline Development
Drive proactive outreach to prospects and execute strategic account engagement across multiple regions.
Full-Cycle Sales Management
From lead generation to deal closure, foster relationships, conduct product demos, and create tailored AI data service solutions.
Client & Partner Engagement
Develop trust with enterprise-level clients; articulate Shaip's value of high-quality, ethically sourced data, human-in-the-loop validation,
and technical rigor ShaipBusiness Connect India.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with operations, project management, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve Sales Targets & Forecasting
Meet and surpass monthly/quarterly targets, provide sales forecasts and market feedback.
Market Insights & Competitive Positioning
Analyze region-specific AI data market landscapes, monitor competition, and contribute to revenue strategies.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise sales-B2B technology, AI/data services, or SaaS.
Regional Expertise: Demonstrated success in the US, APAC, and/or European markets.
Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication; adept at complex, consultative selling.
Technical Fluency: Understanding of AI/ML use-cases-healthcare AI, conversational AI, computer vision, and/or generative AI.
CRM & Tools: Skilled in CRM usage, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
