Overview:The Area Market Development Manager will be responsible for driving market growth, expanding user base, and strengthening engagement with contractors, masons, architects, and retail partners within assigned territories. The role focuses on execution excellence, relationship building, and achieving defined business targets.Key Responsibilities:Drive and motivate the team to achieve territory targetsDevelop and maintain strong retail site funnelConduct retail project demos and sampling activitiesEnsure retention of existing Silver & Gold usersDrive growth in Rishtha points for existing usersExpand network by onboarding new Silver & Gold usersExecute contractor schemes through enrollments and follow-upsMap mason networks and manage engagement activitiesIncrease premium product scans at user and territory levelManage new and existing user enrollments & verificationsResolve user issues related to Rishtha programIncrease active user base within the territoryEngage and activate zero-scan Rishtha masonsBuild relationships with B/C class architects, engineers, and interior designersGenerate site-level product approvals and drive architect schemesPlan and execute promotional meets and follow-upsLead product placement and display initiativesKey Deliverables (KRAs):Achieve retention and points growth of Silver & Gold usersMeet premium product scan growth targetsDeliver contractor scheme targetsAchieve retail lead generation and conversion goalsSecure site/specification approvals from architectsExecute promotional meets as per targets
