Minimum 5 to 7 years of Relevant Exp in production support
Good experience in L1/L2/L3 support
Good experience in AWS Cloud.
Experience in Unix.
Experience in Batch scheduler preferably Autosys.
Experience in SQL.
Knowledge of any defect management tool like JIRA.
Basic knowledge of any alert ticketing and logging tool like Tivoli , Splunk , Geneos etc.
Experience in Unix shell scripting.
Experience in Banking and Finance will be given preference.
Good knowledge of ITIL principles like Incident Management , Problem management , Change management etc..
Good to have Service-Now tool skill.
