We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing, and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive strategic growth within the US IT Staffing and Recruitment market. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong hunter mindset, proven success in client acquisition, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with hiring managers, Tier-1 vendors, and direct clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio, generating new business opportunities, and securing high-value staffing contracts across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
Identify, target, and acquire new Tier-1 clients, direct implementation partners, and enterprise accounts across the US market.

Lead Generation & Strategic Networking
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events.

Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their technical hiring requirements and staffing needs.

Contract Negotiation & Commercial Management
Lead discussions on Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial terms, margins, and payment cycles.

Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with onshore and offshore recruitment teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery against open requirements.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis
Stay current with US technology hiring trends, competitor activity, and workforce regulations, including visa and employment models such as H1B, Green Card, C2C, W2, and 1099.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience in US IT Staffing / Recruitment Sales or Business Development
Demonstrated success in new client acquisition and revenue generation

Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of US staffing tax terms and employment models, including C2C, W2, and 1099
Familiarity with visa types and work authorization categories such as H1B, GC, OPT, and USC

Network & Client Base
Existing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, MSPs, implementation partners, or direct clients will be highly preferred

Communication & Tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Neutral accent and strong client-facing communication capabilities preferred
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, ATS, and CRM platforms

Work Flexibility
Must be comfortable working in US night shifts aligned to EST / CST / PST time zones
