The focus of this roleismainly tomanagethereportingneeds,processesand practices toensure efficient operationsand tosupport Partner engagement across the organization.
We are looking for an individualwith a passion for innovation and experience drivingefficiency and process adoption across internal and external stakeholders.TheOperationsSpecialistrole will be a pioneer in Blackbaud's pursuit to be partner-obsessed and platform-focused.This highly motivated individual will bring a disciplined approach toour operationswhileconsidering available resources, and Partner and stakeholder experiences.
Responsibilities
Execute andoptimizeprocessesrelated to Blackbaud PartnerOperations
Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
Develop andoptimizereporting to support programneeds
Examine financial data and useinsightsto improveefficiency
Perform quality controls and monitor KPIs
Identifyand recommendways tooptimizeprocesses relating toPartneroperations- including using AI/agents to accelerate productivity and outcomes
Hold regular cross functional calls to report on and drive progress on all project deliverables and programs
Assistwith related special projects and other duties as needed
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
3+ years of technology operations experience
Proficient and advancedExcelexperience
Proficient and advancedSalesforceknowledge and reporting
Fundamental AI literacy
Entrepreneurial mind set, self-starter style and ability to drive outcomes
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment - willingness to work virtually
Strong communication, criticalthinkingand interpersonal skills.
Ability toidentifyand resolve roadblocks through strong collaboration and communication skills.
Ability toestablishand build close working relationships.
