About The Position
The core of our Real Estate Tech ecosystem is the products we build and the Data that powers them. Ever since inception, we have been addressing some of the toughest challenges in C2C with the power of Data & ML. A number of our key product features are driven by ML, from listing, to search, to recommendations, to discovery, to broker ban, to price predictions, to image upload to … even decide what order you see what on NoBroker.com.
ML is a first class citizen for us. Not for convenience but out of necessity, We keep the largest C2C platform in the country sane with the power of our data, the efficiency of our algorithms and the enthusiasm of our people.
Our Data Platform runs thousands of queries over terabytes of data, processes millions of events and
runs Analytics & BI for a number of key business functions.
As an SDE in MLOps & Data Platform you will work closely with the Data Science & ML team to bring models to life for end users. You will also work with the Data Engineering team to code on top of databases that manage databases. You will talk about infrastructure, architecture, latency, scale, impact & cost to Nerds who build models and Devs who write Pipelines.

- Strong technical aptitude with a keen inclination to consumer products.
- Undergraduate and/or graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other Technical fields
- Fluency in Python and/or Java
- Shrewd design thinking on building scalable systems
- Hands-on Experience in writing REST APIs and microserver frameworks.
- Excellent programming skills in implementing modular Software systems
- Fluency in containerization technologies like Docker & orchestration frameworks like Kubernetes
- Knowledge of principles of Data Warehouses, Analytical Systems and Data Pipelines
- Understanding of basic principles of ML, Training & Inference Pipelines
- Strong interpersonal skills - verbal and written
- Ability to function smoothly while aggressively in a collaborative environment with Product & Data Sciences Or just forget all of the above and hit us with your inspiring accomplishments
