Associate Consultant- Talent Acquisition (Non Tech)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Consultant – Talent Acquisition to join our People team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end hiring process across functions and contribute to strengthening our talent pipeline, recruitment operations, and candidate experience.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is looking to grow in the TA function with strong mentorship and exposure.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Coordination & Execution
Support the full-cycle recruitment process for junior-level roles, including posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Work closely with Consultants and hiring managers to understand role requirements and align on hiring needs.
2. Sourcing & Database Management
Actively source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
Maintain and update talent pipelines for ongoing and anticipated roles.
3. Interview Process Management
Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and feedback collation.
Ensure smooth logistical management for interviews and follow-ups.
4. Candidate Engagement
Ensure timely and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Create a positive candidate experience through proactive support and clear information sharing.
5. Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate data and candidate records on the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Assist in preparing recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports for internal use.
6. Documentation & Offer Support
Liaise with HR Ops and relevant teams to support offer rollout, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Ensure all required documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
7. Support Employer Branding
Contribute to employer branding efforts including job post design, campus outreach support, and coordination of hiring campaigns.
The Ideal Candidate
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and comfort with using ATS tools.
