Job Role: AI Agentic Developer

Qualification Required:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, or related field.

\n\n

Specialization or Certification in AI or ML is a plus.

\n\n

\n\n

Job Role & Responsibilities:

\n\n

Build end-to-end production-ready Agentic AI agents.

\n\n

Design agent workflows, reasoning flows, tool-calling logic, and API-based actions.

\n\n

Integrate agents with Agentic Platforms, MCP servers, internal systems, third-party APIs, and enterprise applications.

\n\n

Develop scalable and secure APIs using frameworks like FastAPI.

\n\n

Work on LLM, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, NLP, NER, ML, and DL-based solutions.

\n\n

Optimize AI agents and models for accuracy, latency, cost, reliability, and scalability.

\n\n

Write clean, reusable, testable, and well-documented Python code.

\n\n

Monitor, debug, profile, and improve agent performance in production.

\n\n

Experiment with new AI technologies and convert them into working business solutions

\n\n

Technical background:

\n\n

Technical Expertise:

\n\n

1–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML/DL, NLP, LLM, or Agentic AI projects.

\n\n

Practical experience in building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG pipelines, and API integrations.

\n\n

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, tool calling, function calling, embeddings, and vector databases.

\n\n

Strong understanding of NLP, NER, text analytics, ML, and deep learning.

\n\n

Experience in production API development is preferred.

\n\n

HR-tech, recruitment AI, resume parsing, or job matching experience is highly preferred.

\n\n

Knowledge of Reinforcement Learning is a plus.

\n\n

Certifications or specialization in Artificial Intelligence is highly desirable.

\n\n

\n\n

Minimum skills we look for:

\n\n

Strong Python programming skills.

\n\n

Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development.

\n\n

Strong understanding of AI agents, MCP, tool calling, function calling, and agent workflows.

\n\n

Experience in building end-to-end production-ready agents.

\n\n

Ability to integrate agents with Agentic platforms, MCP servers, APIs, and enterprise systems.

\n\n

Knowledge of LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.

\n\n

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.

\n\n

Experience with FastAPI or similar frameworks for API development.

\n\n

Basic understanding of ML, DL, NLP, and NER.

\n\n

Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to experiment with new agent technologies.
