Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kottayam, Kerala, for a Professor/Associate Professor/Assistant Professor. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality lectures, guiding student projects, mentoring students, publishing research, and contributing to the development of curriculum and academic programs. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic committees, engaging in professional development activities, and collaborating with colleagues to uphold the institution’s excellence in teaching and research.
Qualifications
- Professor: Ph.D from a Nationally Reputed Institute / University, with Research Publications in Indexed Journals.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D from a Nationally Reputed institute / University. Academic background with university rank and/or excellent portfolio in the area of specialisation.
- Assistant Professor: Ph.D holders or Graduates of MBA / M. Tech. / M. Sc. in relevant stream from a Reputed Institute with experience and a strong portfolio in the area of specialisation.
- Professor/ Associate Professor of Practice: Professionals from Industry/ Research who have made remarkable contributions in their profession with 15 years of experience
- Eligibility as per UGC / AICTE guidelines
