SAP Lead

Job Title: SAP SD LEAD\nExperience: 10+ Years\nLocation: Open / Client-facing (International exposure preferred)\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Developer (SD) with a strong background in end-to-end project execution and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in requirement gathering, project documentation, and successful delivery of complex implementation or merger projects. Exposure to international clients is a strong advantage.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nLead requirement gathering and analysis by working closely with stakeholders and business users.\nDrive and deliver at least two end-to-end implementation or merger projects , ensuring quality and timelines.\nPrepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation , including BRDs, FRDs, technical specifications, and deployment documents.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions.\nAct as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to junior team members.\nEngage directly with international clients , participating in discussions, workshops, and reviews as required.\nEnsure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project governance models.\nSupport post-implementation activities, including enhancements and issue resolution.\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n10+ years of relevant experience in software development and project delivery.\nProven experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management .\nHands-on experience delivering minimum 2 end-to-end implementation or merger projects .\nStrong exposure to project documentation and delivery lifecycle.\nHigh level of proficiency in the relevant technology/domain .\nExperience working with overseas/international clients is an added advantage.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills .\n\nKey Skills\nRequirement Analysis & Solution Design\nEnd-to-End Project Implementation\nTechnical Documentation\nClient Communication & Stakeholder Management\nProblem Solving & Analytical Thinking\nTeam Collaboration & Mentoring\n\nWhy Join Us\nOpportunity to work on global projects\nExposure to complex, high-impact implementations\nCollaborative and growth-oriented work environment
