Location : Marol, Andheri\nReport to : Revenue Head\n\nAbout the Role:\nWe are seeking a highly driven and strategic Ecommerce Manager to lead our direct-to-consumer business www.soulflower.in with full ownership of website sales and digital performance. This pivotal role demands a strong balance of analytical thinking, marketing acumen, and operational excellence to drive revenue growth and customer loyalty across our online platform.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n• P&L Ownership for Website Sales: Lead overall website revenue growth and ensure sales targets are met consistently.\n\n• Performance Marketing Leadership: Partner with internal teams and external agencies to drive efficient customer acquisition through Meta, Google, and affiliate channels. Manage data-driven growth with clear ROAS and CAC goals.\n\n• Data Analytics & Shopify Tool Expertise: Monitor and optimize website performance using Shopify analytics, conversion funnels, and custom data dashboards to inform strategy and execution.\n\n• Loyalty & Retention Marketing: Design and implement CRM & loyalty programs to maximize LTV (lifetime value) and retention of core customer segments.\n\n• Payment & Affiliate Partnerships: Lead negotiations and partnerships with payment aggregators and affiliate platforms to enhance the end-to-end customer journey and unlock new acquisition channels.\n\n• Customer Experience Management: Oversee the customer care team to deliver an exceptional post-purchase experience, including returns, exchanges, and proactive customer communication.\n\n• Cross-Functional D2C Team Coordination: Act as the single point of contact between marketing, product, supply chain, and customer support teams to ensure smooth execution of D2C initiatives.\n\n• Inventory & Sell-Through Management: Collaborate closely with supply and merchandising teams to manage website stock levels, plan promotional calendars, and minimize stock-outs or overstock situations.\n\nKey Requirements:\n\n• 5+ years of experience in D2C e-commerce, performance marketing, and website management\n• Strong understanding of Shopify, analytics tools, Google & Meta advertising platforms\n• Experience in leading external agency relationships and vendor partnerships\n• Proven track record of scaling website sales and improving conversion metrics\n• Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and project management skills\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n• Data-first decision making with a focus on performance and ROI\n• Passion for customer-centric thinking and operational excellence\n• Ability to lead a high-performance team across diverse functions
