This role combines full-stack digital ownership with advanced analytics leadership, enabling scalable acquisition, engagement, monetization, and retention of clients through integrated digital and data ecosystems.\nThe role will act as a strategic enabler for business growth, leveraging analytics, AI, and digital transformation to optimize performance across all levers of the B2B lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nHead of Digital\n\nCustomer Lifecycle & Journey Design\nOwn and architect end-to-end customer journeys across onboarding, activation, engagement, cross-sell/up-sell, retention, and reactivation.\nIdentify key inflection points, drop-offs, and opportunity zones across the lifecycle.\nDrive omnichannel journey orchestration across app, web, CRM, partner ecosystem, and field channels.\nImplement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, cohort analysis) to continuously optimize journeys.\n\nContent & Brand Strategy\nBuild and lead the B2B content and brand function aligned to business objectives.\nDevelop persona-based, funnel-stage content strategies mapped to lifecycle journeys.\nEstablish measurement frameworks to track content effectiveness (engagement → conversion → revenue impact).\nEnsure consistent brand narrative and communication across all digital touchpoints.\n\nDigital Acquisition & Growth\nOwn digital client acquisition strategy for the SB network across paid and organic channels.\nOptimize channel mix across performance marketing, SEO, ASO, partnerships, and growth loops.\nBuild and scale organic acquisition engines for long-term cost efficiency and sustainability.\nContinuously improve CAC, LTV/CAC ratios, and conversion funnels.\n\nRefer & Earn (Growth Loop Ownership)\nOwn end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of the Refer & Earn program.\nMaximize high-quality acquisition at minimal CAC through referral-led growth loops.\nBuild fraud detection and misuse prevention frameworks.\nDrive continuous optimization via incentive design, cohort performance, and attribution analysis.\n\nSB Experience & NPS\nOwn and drive SB (Sub-Broker) experience and satisfaction (NPS).\nIdentify and address key experience pain points across digital and assisted journeys.\nPartner with product, ops, and field teams to improve experience-led retention and engagement.\n\nHead of Analytics\n\nBusiness & Revenue Analytics\nLead end-to-end revenue analytics across all segments and product lines.\nDrive deep-dive analytics for:\nOverall revenue performance\nITPP & ProInsight product analytics\nIdentify growth drivers, leakages, and optimization opportunities.\n\nMarket Share & Competitive Intelligence\nOwn daily market share tracking and analysis.\nProvide actionable insights on competitive positioning, trends, and shifts.\nEnable leadership with real-time intelligence for strategic decisions.\n\nAOP Planning & Performance Tracking\nDrive Annual Operating Plan (AOP) analytics, including planning, tracking, and variance analysis.\nEnsure alignment between targets, execution, and outcomes.\nBuild frameworks for forward-looking projections and scenario planning.\n\nLifecycle & Growth Analytics\nOwn analytics for:\nDigital journeys performance\nRefer & Earn effectiveness\nHyperlocal growth initiatives (GBP, microsites, digital avatars)\nDevelop propensity models, churn prediction frameworks, and lifecycle segmentation.\n\nReporting, Dashboards & Data Infrastructure\nOwn and scale dashboarding ecosystem for real-time decision-making.\nLead automation of business and finance reporting (monthly/weekly/daily).\nDrive data model optimization and governance frameworks.\n\nField, Distribution & Contest Analytics\nProvide analytics support across:\nField teams & contests\nDistribution performance\nCOE (Centre of Excellence) initiatives\nEnable performance tracking and incentive optimization frameworks.\n\nAdvanced Analytics & Advisory\nLead advisory analytics to support strategic initiatives and leadership decisions.\nDrive cross-functional deep dives to solve complex business problems.\n\nAI & Digital Transformation\nChampion adoption of AI/ML models and automation frameworks across digital and analytics functions.\nBuild capabilities in:\nAttribution modelling\nPredictive analytics\nPersonalization engines\nLead data-driven digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.\n\nKey Outcomes / Success Metrics\nGrowth in client acquisition, activation, and retention rates\nImprovement in CAC, LTV, and channel efficiency\nIncrease in cross-sell/up-sell and revenue per client\nImprovement in SB NPS and engagement metrics\nAccuracy and impact of analytics-driven decisions\nAdoption of AI-led and data-driven frameworks\nReduction in manual reporting and operational inefficiencies\n\nWho you are\n\n10–15+ years of experience in Digital, Growth, and Analytics leadership roles\nStrong expertise in:\nPerformance marketing & growth strategy\nCustomer lifecycle management\nAdvanced analytics & data modelling\nExperience in building and scaling teams and functions from ground up\nProven track record of driving business impact through data and digital\nStrong stakeholder management across business, product, tech, and
