Let's build the future together, from right here in Bengaluru.\n\nJob Description:\n\nRole: SAP TM Consultant\n\nSkill: SAP Transportation Management\n\nExperience: 6+\n\nLocation: Chennai\n\nDesired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency):\n\nMust-Have:\n\n- Extensive SAP Transportation Management (TM) functional experience across full-cycle implementation, system upgrade, and support engagements where SAP TM operated as a sidecar system integrated with SAP S/4HANA\n- Hands-on implementation experience for grocery retail customers, including high-volume store operations, fresh & perishable logistics, cross-dock flows, replenishment cycles, and distribution network logistics.\n- Strong understanding of SAP TM-managed Cross Docking Centers (CDC), including FU consolidation & deconsolidation.\n- Good understanding in BN4L especially in GTT. · SAP TM business process Transportation Master Data management, Inbound and outbound Shipments, Domestic and International Transportation.\n- Should have very good hands on experience and in- depth experience in configuration setup for processes like Outbound/ Inbound.\n- Should have experience in SAP TM configuration experience for Master data, Forwarding Order Management, Freight unit building rule, Planning, Freight Order Management, Charge Calculation and Freight Settlement.\n- Should have working knowledge of Transportation capacity and demand planning · Should have working knowledge of Transportation requirements management · Should have working knowledge of freight planning and optimization\n- Should have working knowledge of interactive freight tendering · Should have working knowledge of freight and forwarding settlement,\n- Should have working knowledge of Collaboration portal\n- Should have experience on Ocean Air Freight Order Transpiration Planning Freight Units, Freight proposal and Freight Orders.\n- Transportation Execution, Carrier Selection, Tendering, Delivery and Shipment proposals,\n- Should have good understanding of SAP TM integration with other SAP systems (EWM/YLM)and legacy systems\n\nGood-to-Have:\n\n- ABAP skills will benefit.\n- Strong written and verbal communication skills\n- Strong analytical skills\n- Strong interpersonal skills to work with internal external stakeholders across geographies.\n- Ability to manage client expectations, foresee risks and develop leaders within the team\n\nResponsibility of / Expectations from the Role:\n\n- Lead the team in the planning, design, development, Testing and deployment of SAP TM application\n- Provide SAP driven solutions for Business requirements in the area of Transportation Management\n- Follow software quality process and methodology standards, including those for design, data quality, code, version control, defect/change request tracking, documentation, work product review, unit testing and environment management\n- Identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements\n\nMinimum Qualification:\n\nCandidate should have 15 years of continuous fulltime education.
