Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Intern – Inside Sales to support our sales team in generating qualified leads and building client relationships. This role involves outbound calling, email campaigns, nurturing leads, and coordinating with the sales team to achieve business growth. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn and grow in a high-paced sales environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to generate qualified leads.
- Research potential clients and identify key decision-makers using online tools and databases.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, emails, and lead status in CRM systems.
- Follow up on marketing campaigns, webinars, or events to engage with potential leads.
- Work closely with sales managers to schedule meetings, demos, and pipeline activities.
- Track and report lead generation metrics (open rates, response rates, conversions).
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Required Qualifications:
Educational:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Sales/Marketing certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Digital Marketing) are an added advantage.
Professional:
- 0–2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, outbound calling, or email marketing.
- Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to pursue a career in sales and business development.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and their practical business usage will be an added advantage.
