Job Description:
• 10+ years overall IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow architecture/lead roles.
• Deep hands on across ServiceNow: ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change/Request), ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt), CMDB, HRSD/CSM, App Engine/Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent.
• Strong JavaScript (server/client), Glide APIs, ACL design, Script Includes, Business Rules, UI Policies/Actions, Portal/Workspace development.
• Proven integration experience with ERP/IAM/ITOM tools (e.g., Azure AD/Entra, SAP, Jira, Splunk, monitoring tools) using REST/SOAP, MID Server, webhooks, message queues.
• Architecture competencies: microservices/eventing concepts, API governance, caching, scalability, high availability, disaster recovery, multi instance/multi region patterns.
• Security: OAuth/SAML, certificates, encryption, secrets rotation, data privacy and SoD controls; vulnerability and compliance integrations.
• DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, ATF, automated code scans, environment strategy (DEV/TEST/UAT/PROD), release calendar and cutoff management.
• Delivery: Agile/Scrum, backlog shaping with product teams, estimation, risk management, and vendor coordination.
