Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge on Service Now or any other Ticketing Tool. At least 2 years hands on experience on Unix Commands.
- At least 2 years of experience on MySQL and usage of SQL developer or Toad tool.
- Good communications skill (Written & Oral). Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Experience in Software Application Production support. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues. Being able to ask questions to determine the nature of problem. Work with Cross functional teams, manage escalations, communicate with multiple stake holders simultaneously. Perform functional RCA.
- Prioritize tickets based on established guidelines for technical support teams to analyse and resolve. Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
- Quick Learner, analyse issues / queries for automating the monitoring / analysis tasks for all applications in scope using client selected tool.
- Sound interpersonal communication skills, team player and problem-solving skills. Basic knowledge of web services
