- Total Years of Experience: 3+ years for 6B, 5+ years for 7A
- Relevant Years of Experience: 2+ years for 6B, 4+ years for 7A
- Mandatory Skill: Sterling OMS Call Center development

Essential Job Functions:
- Developer should be very good in Sterling OMS Call Center application development.
- Should have good understanding of Sterling OMS and store implementations.
- Work on development, customization, and support activities related to Sterling OMS Call Center.
- Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Support integrations and configurations related to Sterling OMS applications.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience in Sterling OMS Call Center development.
- Good understanding of Sterling OMS architecture and store implementations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews and report on Day 1 as per project requirements.
