About The Job:
- The Customer Agreements Team serves as a key operational pillar supporting ***’s global business functions by ensuring standardized, accurate, and compliant agreement management processes across multiple business organizations, including Sales, Customer Deal Desk, Alliances & Channels, and *** Partner Network operations.
- The team works closely with cross-functional stakeholders to support business-critical agreement setup, governance, validation, and operational excellence initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance.
- We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills to join our growing team.
- This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic global environment supporting high-volume agreement operations, process improvement initiatives, and strategic business activities across multiple regions.
- The ideal candidate should be adaptable, collaborative, and capable of handling complex operational activities with a strong ownership mindset.
- Create, validate, and maintain customer agreements in accordance with ***’s global standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across agreement-related operations and systems.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Deal Management, Alliances & Channels, Order Management, and *** Partner Network teams.
- Support agreement setup and operational activities within defined service timelines and quality standards.
- Identify process gaps, data inconsistencies, and operational risks, and work with relevant teams toward effective resolution.
- Support business-critical and high-priority operational activities across global regions and time zones.
- Utilize AI-enabled tools and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency, validation accuracy, and process effectiveness.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
- Experience: 2–5 Years
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in operations or support-related roles.
- Prior experience in Order Management, Customer Agreements, Deal Drafting, or similar business operations is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with high attention to detail.
- Flexible to work in night shifts aligned to business requirements.
- Ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Agreement Management or Order Management processes.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for document validation, automation, or operational support.
- Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
