About The Job:

• Senior Consultant: 4-6 years' experience
• We are seeking experienced Business Continuity Planning (BCP) professionals to join our team in Mumbai.
• The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in BCP implementation, particularly for GCCs (Global Capability Centers), and a solid understanding of financial services (FS) products such as lending business, trade finance, etc.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead and implement Business Continuity Planning initiatives for GCCs.
• Develop, review, and update BCP strategies and documentation in line with industry best practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and business impact analyses for various FS products and operations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure comprehensive continuity plans for lending, trade finance, and other related domains.
• Coordinate and conduct BCP testing, drills, and training sessions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Provide recommendations for improving business resilience and recovery processes.

Qualifications:
Skills:

• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in BCP, preferably in GCC or financial services environments.
• Proven experience in BCP implementation and management.
• Strong understanding of FS products including lending business, trade finance, etc.
• BCMS (Business Continuity Management System) certification is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
