About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Handhold Customer MS/Planning teams for service provisioning, Configuration, Integration, Service provisioning through VSD/FSS/VNO automation.
- Handling the Issues and Troubleshooting on issues related to deployment
- Support TAC / Backend team to collect all the desired logs to get RCA of VNO related issues, Proactively manage and handle escalated cases
- Perform analysis and diagnosis on complex networking problems, identify issues and resolve faults.
- Liaise with TPM/PM/PC and other support team on chronic problems on both network and customer services, escalate where necessary both internally and externally to resolve service issues.
- Review and execute planned works / service activation / testing as per schedule.
- Maintain proper documentation, prepare handbook / standard operating procedures and ensure implementation to ensure utmost service quality to customers.
- Prepare periodic reports for internal operation and customer review for Handover. Documentation preparation like DLD, HLD, Handover checklist, Tools Integration etc.
- Exp : 5 to 8 yrs
- Routing Protocols : BGP, OSPF
- Switching : VLAN Routing, STP, Dot1Q, QnQ
- MPLS : L3 VPN, L2 VPN, RT, RD, LDP, RSVP,MP-BGP, BGP-NNI Concept, Loop Prevention Mechanism in BGP
- Datacentre : Service Router Linux (SR-Linux), Linux CLI Concept, SDN Controller, EVPN,L2/L3 Extension, Leaf & Spine Architecture
- Service Provider / Enterprise : Service Provider (ACI with SDN)
- Hardware : Hardware Upgrade Basic Knowledge
- Expertise : Integration
- Multi-Vendor: Any CLI experience (Nokia CLI will be added advantage)
- Familiarity with network device APIs, Netconf, and Nokia Cloud Operation Manager.
- Knowledgeable on Virtualization, SDN & NFV concepts and related technologies.
