About The Job:
- This role is a part of RF360 Enterprise Apps portfolio.
- Enterprise Apps portfolio is an umbrella program that focusses on SAP and inter-connected Non-SAP solutions.
- The core of the Enterprise Apps portfolio is SAP ECC landscape that caters to end to end Business transactions together with Non-SAP pack of applications that enhance various business process across Finance, Purchase, Sales cycles, and Logistics.
- A Deep Dive into The RoleSAP BASIS Administrator provides technical support including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating, and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions for performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation.
Qualifications:
- 8 - 10years of practical experience as an SAP BASIS Administrator
- Analytical thinking and approach to questions and tasks
- S/4 Hana hands-on + Migration experience
- In addition, team spirit and reliability as well as service orientation towards customers
- Strong Industry and Functional expertise with configuration and design experience on SAP
- Experience in business engagement and senior Stakeholder management.
- Ability to organize team and resolve critical situations or complex requirements.
- Familiar with tools and technology necessary to manage SAP projects & support (Ticketing tool, monitoring tools, Demand/Capacity management tools, Monitoring tools and automation)
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high pressure, dynamic environment. Should be able to influence decision-making and able to drive project delivery."
- Experience architecting large (international) SAP Solutions or implementations and build innovative solutions on-premise and on cloud infrastructure.
- Should have strong knowledge in SAP Basis
- Work with IT and business compliance teams to setup, Manage, Monitor SAP Systems.
- Must have handled or aware of TMS Transport Management System configuration and knowledge on Routes
- Knowledge on Release Management
- Manage and Support SAP Technical Infrastructure components that run on ABAP and/or JAVA stacks
- Responsible for Performance Tuning/Installations/Document
- Knowledge of configuration, testing, and implementation of ERP, S/4 HANA and/or Embedded Analytics with Fiori, BW for HANA.
- Participated in full cycle global SAP implementations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills; must be a constructive challenger/assertive.
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
