Essential Job Functions:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Blue Yonder Warehouse Management modules
- Engage with senior business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
- Provide strategic guidance on best practices and optimization of Blue Yonder solutions
- Mentor junior consultants and provide leadership in project delivery
- Oversee and participate in system testing UAT and deployment activities
- Ensure post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot and resolve high-level functional issues in Blue Yonder applications
- Document processes configurations and provide training to end-users and team members
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience as a functional consultant with Blue Yonder JDA Warehouse Management solutions
- Expertise in supply chain planning processes and Blue Yonder modules such as Outbound Inbound Allocation Picking Put Away Wave processing Cycle counts Inventory Management Configuration and Reports
- Strong understanding of Blue Yonder Integrator for inbound and outbound interfaces connecting systems like Oracle Cloud and OTM Order Transportation Management
- Familiar with Moca commands Reading Writing SQL and PLSQL working with database tools like Lex edit
- Strong understanding of master data management Customers Suppliers Items Footprints
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations
- Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and provide strategic direction to project teams
- Blue Yonder certifications
- Experience with Data Access Service DAS and BI reporting tools
- Prior experience in retail manufacturing or consumer goods industries
- Experience in Agile or hybrid project management methodologies.
