ForgeRock Integration
· Integrate ForgeRock components (IDM, AM, DS, IG) within enterprise ecosystems
· Configure connectors, APIs, and identity workflows across applications
· Support JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes and provisioning flows
· Work closely with application teams for SSO, federation, and access integration

· Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for ForgeRock deployments
· Automate build, deployment, and configuration management
· Manage environment provisioning using infrastructure-as-code tools
· Ensure continuous integration, testing, and delivery of IAM solutions

Platform & Environment Management
· Deploy and manage ForgeRock on:
o Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) or on-prem environments
· Administer:
o Web servers, application servers, directory servers, databases
· Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance tuning
---
Security & Compliance
· Enforce IAM security best practices
· Manage certificates, secrets, and secure configuration
· Ensure compliance with access governance, audit, and regulatory standards
---
Monitoring & Support
· Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for IAM services
· Ensure SLA adherence for availability and incident resolution
· Perform RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and continuous improvement

Technical Skills (Must Have)
IAM / ForgeRock
· Hands-on experience with:
o ForgeRock IDM, AM, Directory Services (DS), IG
· Understanding of:
o SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP

DevOps & Tools
· CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps
· Scripting: Shell, Python, Groovy
· Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
· Configuration management: Ansible / Terraform (good to have)

Infrastructure & Platform
· Knowledge of:
o Unix/Linux systems
o Web/App servers (Tomcat, Apache, Nginx)
o Databases (MSSQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
