Process transactions as per the SLAs & ensure quality and compliance with predefined parameters
Review and process requests of wage calculation, payments and form filing
Calculate average weekly wage, process payments basis defined guidelines / authorities and form filing
Manage inventory while working independently
Ensure compliance to all regulatory / State requirements
Provide inputs and insights to improve the overall process
