We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4-5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in data extraction from scanned/readable documents, web portals, and applications using Selenium. The role also involves data ingestion, validation, and automation using Python, VBA, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) is a plus.
  • Develop Python scripts for data extraction from scanned/readable documents and web portals.
  • Automate web interactions using Selenium for data scraping and ingestion.
  • Implement data validation workflows using Python.
  • Python tool compilation and create a build (.exe) for desktop user using python libraries.
  • Build and maintain VBA automation scripts for Excel-based processes.
  • Design and deploy Power Automate flows for business process automation.
  • Work with advanced Excel features including formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
  • Proficient with MS point for effective presentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data into web applications.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security throughout the pipeline.
  • Document processes and maintain version control of scripts and automation flows.
  • Proficient with requirement gathering, documentation, project management and stakeholder management
  • Strong proficiency in Python for data processing and automation.
  • Experience with Selenium for web automation.
  • Knowledge of OCR tools (e.g., Tesseract) for scanned document processing.
  • Hands-on experience with VBA scripting in Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power Automate and its integration with other Microsoft tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills including macros, formulas, and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with data ingestion techniques and APIs.
  • Good understanding of data validation and quality assurance practices.
