Area Manager-Business Analysis-Business Analyst

Seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Business Analyst to join our Healthcare BPO team. This role is critical in driving data-backed decision-making, optimizing financial performance, and supporting strategic initiatives across operations.

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6 to 9 years of total experience with 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or business analytics, preferably in a BPO or healthcare setting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data visualization tools.
• Experience with PowerBI, ERP systems and financial reporting platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Analyze financial data including revenue, cost, and margin trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operations, FP&A, and BI teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, linking performance to financial outcomes.
• Recommend automation and process improvements using tools like Excel, Power BI, and AI based systems.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
• Assist in client reporting and support ad hoc analysis requests.
