Role Description : Financial applications to be supported are related to the Oracle Fusion Product set specifically Oracle Cloud Financials ERP, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Financials EPM, Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher) and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) Monitors and supports the Finance production system(s), provide crisis management support when required. This includes troubleshooting system issues, leading impact assessment of Cloud system upgrades and releases, roll outs and implementations; documenting processes and procedures, and providing technical support across all Finance Applications. Assist with creation of technical documentation, manuals and IT policies for Finance applications. Professional Experience/Qualifications: 2+ years' experience in managing or administering Oracle Fusion Finance applications. 2+ years' experience in building / developing or maintaining OIC integrations Familiarity with Agile methodology Working knowledge of Oracle EPM and cloud integrations Bachelor's degree in field of Information Technology or Accounting/Finance is preferable (but not essential) Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude Demonstrated experience with supporting projects and working with other team members to execute deliverables Strong written and verbal communication skills.EXL is the indispensable partner for leading businesses in data-led industries such as insurance, banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and logistics.
