Senior Executive-Legal Operations-Contract Review

1. Client Engagement - Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges and objective.
2. Analysis - Conduct thorough research, data analysis and create supplier performance dashboards.
3. Invoice reconciliation - Past due supplier invoice reconciliation
4. Generate business Insights - Effectively communicate findings/insight to clients and Internal stake holders though reports, presentations or any other media.
5. Understanding of Contracts - Candidate should have good idea of understanding contracts (MSA, SOW etc.) however; not compulsory

Candidate should have

1. Good knowledge of MS office applications- MS word, MS Excel, Power point, SharePoint to and work on daily deliverables
2. Good communication skills to interact with clients on day to day calls and meetings
3. Able to manage multiple tasks and deliverables at the same time to meet Tasks SLAs
4. Independently work on Data analysis and keen to explore new opportunities to reduce efforts
