Regional Business Head
3 to 7+ years in industrial/technical sales, preferably in laser machinery or similar capital equipment
Generate and qualify high-quality B2B leads
· Meet and engage potential customers to convert leads into sales
· Regular travel within the region for business development
· Follow up consistently on leads, meetings, and proposals
· Secure new orders and renew existing contracts
· Must own a two-wheeler or four-wheeler (expenses reimbursed by the company)
Educational Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Engineering MBA or BBM preferred for business development experience
Key Skills:
· Strong technical understanding of laser cutting and industrial applications
· Solid knowledge of industrial segments and buyer behavior
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Strong in sales negotiation, persuasion, and customer engagement
· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a natural problem solver
· Proficient in English, Hindi, and the local language
