- Description
• Administer, configure, and maintain the Tanium platform in an enterprise-scale environment
• Manage and support Tanium modules including:
o Asset
o Patch
o Deploy
o Comply
o Threat Response
o Interact
• Monitor endpoint health, performance, and agent connectivity across the enterprise
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tanium-related issues, including:
o Client/agent failures
o Server-side and communication issues
o Package and deployment failures
• Create, customize, and manage Tanium packages, sensors, saved questions, and actions
• Support patch management, software deployment, and OS updates for Windows, Linux, and macOS endpoints
• Ensure endpoints comply with security baselines, organizational policies, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Security, SOC, and IT Operations teams during incidents, investigations, and audits
• Generate and deliver operational, security, and compliance reports for stakeholders
• Perform regular Tanium platform upgrades, backups, health checks, and performance tuning
• Maintain and update documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles related to Tanium operations
