Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced AX SCM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements, optimize supply chain processes, and deliver effective ERP solutions.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AX SCM Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate will work closely with business users and cross-functional teams to understand operational requirements, optimize supply chain processes, and deliver effective ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Supply Chain Management processes.
- Configure and support SCM modules in Microsoft Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365.
- Work on modules including:
- Procurement & Sourcing
- Inventory Management
- Warehouse Management
- Sales Order Processing
- Master Planning
- Production Control
- Trade & Logistics
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and recommend best practices.
- Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Functional Design Documents (FDD), SOPs, and user training materials.
- Coordinate with technical consultants for customizations, reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and issue resolution.
- Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.
- Support data migration, configuration changes, and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within SLA timelines.
- Participate in ERP implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
