Overview:

Develop scientifically accurate, compliant, and engaging content for pharmaceutical marketing initiatives.

Bridge scientific knowledge and commercial objectives to create impactful content for healthcare professionals (HCPs).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, repurpose, and update content for a wide range of commercial and promotional assets.
  • Asset types include:
    • Print materials (posters, slide kits, leave-behinds, brochures, leaflets)
    • Digital materials (emails, eDetails, webpages, social media content, banners, and other digital assets)
  • Ensure all developed content complies with applicable local regulations, industry standards, client requirements, and internal compliance policies, supported by accurate and up-to-date scientific references.
  • Manage content through the medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review and approval process, including addressing reviewer feedback and implementing required revisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams involved in end-to-end asset development, including creative, editorial, and digital production teams.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders such as program managers, delivery managers, agency partners, and brand teams as needed.
  • Demonstrate openness and adaptability in using AI-enabled tools and digital platforms that support content development and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with quality standards, timelines, confidentiality requirements, data security protocols, training requirements, and established operational processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment involving promotional content development within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Health Sciences (e.g., Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biosciences, or related fields)
    and/or
    a degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related disciplines with relevant experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare promotional copywriting.
  • Additional certifications, training, or qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, or medical communications are an advantage.
  • Experience developing both print and digital pharmaceutical marketing assets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to adapt writing style for different audiences, therapeutic areas, channels, and formats.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
