Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads and target companies through online platforms, databases, and other sources.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities.
  • Initiate contact with potential leads via email, meetings, and other communication channels.
  • Effectively convey our company's value proposition to generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of leads in our CRM system.
  • Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, or consultations with qualified leads for our Business team.
  • Ensure a seamless handover of leads to the Business team with all relevant information.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with leads who may not be ready to make immediate decisions.
  • Provide relevant information and content to nurture leads through the buying cycle.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in lead generation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • BBA, MBA in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ Years of Experience in IT industry is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
