Azure Data Engineer

This role is for one of the Weekday's clients

Salary range: Rs 500000 - Rs 1400000 (ie INR 5-14 LPA)

Requirements

Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF)
At least 3 years working with Azure Databricks
Expertise in ETL/ELT pipeline creation using PySpark
Familiarity with Medallion Architecture
Proficiency in SAP BODS / SAP Business Objects Data Services
Strong abilities in SQL and data modeling
Understanding of data warehousing principles
Experience with Databricks and/or Snowflake

Desired Skills:
Exposure to Azure, AWS, or GCP platforms
Knowledge of Spark and Hadoop ecosystems
Programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java
Experience implementing CI/CD in data engineering workflows
Awareness of data governance and data quality concepts
