QA automation

We are looking for an experienced Test Delivery Lead with 8-12 years of experience in Quality Engineering and Test Automation. The candidate will lead end-to-end testing delivery, drive automation strategy, manage QA teams, and ensure high-quality releases across web applications and enterprise platforms using Python and Playwright. Lead QA delivery for multiple projects/releases with ownership of quality outcomes. Define and implement automation frameworks using Python and Playwright. Design scalable test strategies for UI, API, integration, and regression testing. Collaborate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Business teams. Review test plans, automation scripts, defect reports, and quality metrics Drive CI/CD integration for automated testing pipelines. Mentor QA engineers and conduct code reviews/best practices sessions. Track delivery timelines, risks, dependencies, and quality KPIs. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and compliance with SDLC/STLC processes. Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies and release management activities. Improve automation efficiency, execution time, and reporting mechanisms. Manage stakeholder communication and provide status reporting.
