* Participate in monitoring, support and maintenance of software solutions/products with emphasis on SAP ERP solutions.
* Daily operation: Monitor jobs and EDI message,error log analysis and troubleshooting.
* Closely work with the development team for knowledge transfer.
* Ensure that support and operation for new applications is organized and documented.
* Shall be able to take immediate action where possible and escalate when required.
* Takes self-initiatives, self-motivated, capable to manage own workload with minimum supervision.
* Shall be compliant to effort estimation & on-time delivery.
* Able to mentor the team members.
* Interacting with users.
Mandatory Skills-
3-5 yrs experience in SAP ABAP, S/4 HANA, Solution Manager etc..
* Good exposure in monitoring and supporting software solutions.
* Hands-on exposure on e-2-e business process monitoring via SAP Solution Manager.
* Proficient knowledge in SAP ABAP, Queries, CDS Views etc. * Exposure in the UI5/Fiori area (optional).
* Proficient in the use of office applications (Microsoft, Google) and ticketing systems.
* Good knowledge about backend API and Restful Services.
* Ability to create and maintain well-structured documentation.
* Exposure on SD (Sales & Distribution) processes
* Hands-on exposure with different DB technologies, like HANA, Mysql, Postgres.
* Good understanding of product/technology life-cycle management
* Good communication skills and team player
* Agile Methodology * ABAP Certification preferred.
