Job Description:-
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years' Workday experience with expertise in Workday core and advance compensation and any other areas such as HCM, recruiting, benefits, talent, and absence.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with escalation and conflict resolution skills.
- Works under general direction, must be able to work independently.
