Job Description:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years' Workday experience with expertise in Workday absence management and time tracking and any other areas such as HCM, compensation, benefits, talent, recruiting and recruitment.
- Must be Workday Absence Pro OR Time Tracking certified. Certification in any other module will be an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot Workday technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, with escalation and conflict resolution skills.
- Works under general direction, must be able to work independently.
