Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain SolarWinds modules
• Monitor network, servers, and applications
• Configure alerts, reports, and dashboards
• Troubleshoot performance and connectivity issues
• Manage patching, upgrades, and integrations
• Support incident management and root cause analysis
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience with SolarWinds NPM, SAM, or NCM
• Knowledge of networking protocols (SNMP, WMI, TCP/IP)
• Windows/Linux server administration
• Basic scripting (PowerShell preferred)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
