Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins (multibranch, shared libraries).
• Build/maintain AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch).
• Containerize applications with Docker; orchestrate with Kubernetes (EKS or self-managed).
• Implement deployment strategies (blue/green, canary, rolling) and environment promotions.
• Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform/CloudFormation).
• Monitoring/alerting (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch).
• Integrate ServiceNow for change requests (CRs) and release approvals.
• Security and compliance: IAM least privilege, secrets management, image scanning, patching.
• Incident response and post-mortems; drive reliability (SLIs/SLOs).
Required Qualifications
• 6–10+ years in DevOps/SRE with production ownership.
• Strong AWS hands-on; Jenkins pipeline scripting (Groovy).
• Proficient with Docker and Kubernetes (namespaces, ingress, helm).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform or CloudFormation).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow change/release workflows.
• Scripting (e.g., Bash, Python or Go).
